Course Introduction:
This course is designed to increase participants’ skills in negotiation and drafting of contract and legal documents.
The course will examine the pursuance of litigation, arbitration and alternative forms of dispute resolution. It will also help to develop the ability of in-house Lawyers to provide legal support internally and externally.
