Course Introduction:
This course has been designed for middle to senior management who will be actively involved with the financial management of projects.
It will provide them with an understanding of the financial implications of their decisions and so enable them to improve the financial control and out-turn of their projects.

Managers and staff involved in the preparation and monitoring of projects where there are financial issues and considerations.

- improve their methods of disbursement and reporting so that they meet the requirements
- mitigate risks by practicing cost controls and forecasting cash flows, thus assisting with cost effectiveness and timely implementation of projects
